摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the method for growing a juvenile plant induced from callus, using neither a specific aseptic space nor a large scale apparatus for introducing concentrated carbon dioxide into a gaseous phase and excellent in economy, easiness and safety in work. CONSTITUTION:A juvenile plant is cultured in an enclosed gaseous space capable of keeping the concentration of enclosed carbon dioxide at a specific concentration until the end of the initial raising-seedling stage for an induced juvenile plant where carbon dioxide is enclosed enough at the start of raising-seedling, so as to keep the carbon dioxide concentration higher than the specific concentration at the end of the initial raising-seedling stage.
