Magnetron irrigation and drainage air device

PURPOSE:To enable complete automation by facilitating installation and removal of a magnetron for an exhaust port through adjustment of hydraulic pressure. CONSTITUTION:While a magnetron 1 is hermetically connected to an exhaust port 3 at an exhaust pipe 2, oil is extracted prior to exhaust. When oil is pressed into an exhaust device from piping 21 a piston 9 rises against a spring 15. Then a small hole 9a is opposed to the channel 11a of a top board 11 and a steel ball 14 rolls into the channel 11a and the end portions of a sleeve 13 and the exhaust pipe 2 can easily be pulled out of the piston 9. Next the sleeve 13 is set to the end of an exhaust pipe from which gas is to be discharged. To prevent the steel ball 14 from falling into the piston 9 during the process, the hole 9a is inclined. During the process of extracting oil, the inner peripheral face of the top board 11 guides the steel ball 14 and a rough hemisphere 14 bites into the recessed channel of the sleeve 13 and thereby the magnetron is installed. The work of installing the magnetron prior to exhaust and removing the same after exhaust is thus facilitated and also complete automation is possible.
