This procedure aims to eliminate unwanted Flavors with these leaves and that Limit its use as a Sweetener.The First consists in treating the Solvent having low solubility in the sweetening components,Then remove it and put the leaves into Treatment with superheated Steam to drag to the volatile Components and completing the process with a Rapid drying of the leaves.
