A cylindrical tube comprising in its inner lining an undercut space covered with a membrane, and filled with an elastic material, and comprising in its lining a threaded bore, subjects its membrane to pressure when a screw is inserted and tightened into the threaded bore and in the elastic material. The range of the stroke of the membrane will relate to the surface area of the screw head and the surface area of the piston and the penetration of the screw in the elastic material.
