BOILER FUEL BASED ON WASTE OIL PRODUCTS AND SLIME

The fuel is used in heavy oil fired boilers. The viscosity and homogeneity of its structure are preserved for a long time. It is transported in pipelines without jamming them and is normally injected through the heavy oil fired fuel equipment. The fuel contains processed waste oil products to which boiler, light oil fuel, ship engine and/or diesel fuel are added. It has the following composition, in %: waste oil products from 50 to 90, heavy boiler fuel corresponding to BSS 3383-89 from 10 to 50, light ship fuel corresponding to BSS 12833-82 up to 10 and/or diesel fuel corresponding to BSS 8884-89 up to 10. The finished fuel contains, in %: emulsified water from 1 to 8, mechanical imputities of up to 50 sizes - 0.3-1.0, sulphur 0.8-1.5 and its viscosity at 80°C is from 2°E to 10°E.
