This publication considers a method for the manufacture of glue-laminated wood elements, in which, among other things, production costs are lower than normal, the new profile, for example, allowing cracks in the timber material during machining to be eliminated. A glue-laminated wood element 6 manufactured according to this method is more advantageous and solid that an element produced by traditional methods, and because the timber element is the right size cracking and distortion are avoided.
