RTAR floor for the manufacturing and installation of a house interior floor, without limiting its use. This is obtained by combining certain type of epoxy resin, silica sand, polyurethane and solvent (this is to reduce viscosity and to allow self-leveling), which together with a specific application process of two or three thin layers, using an air gun, allow to obtain a floor that, is competitive as to quality, cost, application time and also offers flexibility to satisfy the consumer's specific needs, due to the possibility of modifying the constituent ranges for this product, as well as through the installation process. The floor fixed properties and objects are achieved by the formulation itself, wherein the Epoxy Resin and Silica Sand are selected as the more suitable materials due to their individual characteristics, and by the process, wherein Polyurethane is the main constituent supplement, which is integrated to the floor during the application process. In this way, some floor constituents are integrated in the mortar manufacturing and the other constituent is integrated to the floor during the process.
