it describes a process for the preparation of the trisodium salt of fructose 1,6 - diphosphate ottaidrato starting from an aqueous solution at an acid ph of d - fructose 1,6 - diphosphate.to which is added an appropriate amount of acetone; crystallizes and filter the mixture reazionale to obtain the desired product, which is finally dried.
