IT INCLUDES: THE ASSIGNMENT TO A TABLE BASE, WITHIN A REUSABLE DIAMETER OF A COVERAGE AREA (AI) DURING A CERTAIN TIME / S GUIDE / S, OF AT LEAST ONE OF A SET OF TDM BOARD CARRIERS, AND THE ASSIGNMENT TO A TABLE BASE WITHIN THIS REUSABLE CARRIER DIAMETER, OF ANOTHER AREA OF COVERAGE (AI), FOR ANOTHER TIME / S GUIDE / S, SUBSTANTIALLY NOT OVERLAPPED WITH THIS JUMPER BOX CARRIER, ALL OF THEM SO BASIC TEMPORARY SYNCHRONIZATION DOES NOT INTERFER WITH ANY PROXIMATE REUSE OF THIS CARRIER, WHICH GETS THE ADVANTAGES OF THE FREQUENCY JUMP. SAID DIFFERENTLY, IT INCLUDES: IN AN INSTANT TIME, THE DISTRIBUTION WITHIN A REUSABLE DIAMETER OF A COVERAGE AREA (AI) OF AT LEAST A VARIETY OF JUMP CARRIERS, AND IN THE SAME INSTANT TIME, THE DISTRIBUTION OF THAT REUSABLE DIAMETER CARRIER OF ANOTHER COVERAGE AREA (AI), OF ANOTHER DIVERSITY OF JUMP CARRIERS, ALL SYNCHRONIZED IN TIME WITH THE NEXT REUSE OF THE CARRIER. ACCESS AND CONTROL CARRIERS MAY BE INCLUDED IN THE SET OF JUMP CARRIERS, PROVIDING CERTAIN TIMED TIMES IN A DIFFERENT SEQUENCE FROM OTHERS. THE SET OF OUT-OF-TIME CARRIERS IS ALSO SPREAD BETWEEN COLLATERAL PLACES WITHIN OUT-OF-TIME GROUPS, REDUCING THE NEEDS FOR INTERNAL SYNCHRONIZATION OF THE SYSTEM. TO RESOLVE THE PROXIMITY / LANDSCAPE PROBLEM, THE TDM GUIDING TIMES THAT EDGE THE OFFSET LIMITS, ARE ATTRIBUTED PREFERABLY TO MOBILE USERS WHO ARE LESS DISTANCE AWAY.
