THE TECHNICAL OBJECT PURSUED WITH THE INVENTION IS THE IDENTIFICATION OF THE CODING OF A NUCLEOTIDE SEQUENCE FOR A COMMON AND HIGHLY PRESERVED PROTEIN OF MOST OF THE NEISSERIA PATHOGENIC EFFORTS, THE PRODUCTION OF THIS PROTEIN WITH A HIGH LEVEL OF PURE OF TOOLS, USING THE SHAPE OF THE RECOMBINANT, SO THAT IT CAN BE USED IN DIAGNOSTIC METHODS AND PREPARED FOR VACCINES WITH A WIDE IMMUNOPROTECTION SPECTRUM.
