The buried petrol tank (1) is filled from a supply post (2) and transfers petrol to a distribution post (4) by a piping system. The piping comprises an assembly of internal flexible pipes, in which the petrol flows, surrounded by external flexible pipes (24,24') along their whole length. The external pipe sections are joined together and to the tank and to the distribution post by sealed junction pieces (21,21',21"). These pieces can be separated from contiguous parts to free access to the internal supple pipes. These junction pieces consist of bellows which are engaged in the contiguous ends of the external pipe sections and fixed to them by clamping collars. Collar seals interposed between the parts covering the external pipe sections and the bellows are engaged in flutings in the pipe sections.
