During the vacuum sealing process of the field emission display, in order to have a curvature inside the portion to be sealed, the first sintering is carried out in an inert atmosphere and the second sintering is performed in vacuum, and the curvature inside the sealing body is increased. By having it, the gas molecules collide on the suture side, and then move toward the inside, whereby the inside of the device can be made high and vacuum.
