THE METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF VINYL SHEET WITH CUBIC EFFECT

A method for manufacturing the vinyl upper member having cubic effect comprising the first step manufacturing the semi-product which foam layers(2,6) are laminated on the upper and lower sides of the base layer(1) coating pastes in grass mat(GM); the second step uniformly arranging the first and second chip layers by a pair of brushes(F,F-1); the third step stabilizing the chip layer(3) by a cooler(K); and the forth step stabilizing by appling UV coating layer(5) on the surface is disclosed. Thereby, it is possible to improve wear-resistance, chemical-resistance, luster and contamination-resistance.
