The head for inserting a thin small out-line package to a socket on a board during the burn-in test of manufacturing steps includes a guide unit(100) consisting of a guide rail(101) for sliding a device, the first and the second stopper(103,104) which controls supplying a device and cover preventing a device from escaping out of the guide rail(101), a rotational guide unit(300) consisting of a stopper(303), an exporting hole for supplying the device to a sucking board(203) by compressed air in a vacuum ejector(402) and a hinge(304) equipped guide and an universal inserting unit(200) consisting of a guide panel(201) having an inserting hole and vertical driving force to a socket and sucking board.
