The water temperature sensor 10 detects the temperature of the coolant and converts it into an electrical signal, and outputs it. The crank angle sensor 20 detects the rotation angle of the crankshaft and converts it into an electrical signal. When it is judged immediately after starting by using the start switch ISW for starting up and the signal input from the start switch ISW, it inputs from said water temperature sensor 10 in the process of reducing fuel injection quantity. When the fuel is injected after the water temperature is corrected using the signal, and the engine speed is determined to be the target speed using the signal input from the crank angle sensor 20, the fuel injection amount is stopped. It includes a microcontroller 30 for outputting a signal and an injector 40 for injecting fuel in accordance with the signal input from the microcontroller 30 described above. When the engine speed reaches the target speed and stops the decrease of the fuel injection amount, the engine output is prevented from being lowered more than necessary.
