METHOD OF GROWING PLANTS-REGENERANTS RAUWOLFIA VOMITORIA AFZ

FIELD: agriculture and biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: plants- regenerants are grown by way of planting sterile explants on cultural medium for callus formation, subcultivating and inducing regenerants. As cultural medium, a medium is used containing microelements, saccharose, inositol, and also (in mg/l): agar-agar, 5500-6000; thiamine, 1-2; pyridoxine, 0.8-1.2; and nicotinic acid, 0.8-1.2. In the callus-formation stage, medium is further complemented with: 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, 1.5-2.0, and 6- benzylaminopurine, 1.0-2.0, and in the callus subcultivation stage, 0.5-1.5 mg/l of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid is entered.
