METHOD FOR WARMING HUMAN ORGANISM IN GENERAL MODE

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves giving anesthesia to a patient and making preparation for warming by administering in series pyridoxine intravenously in drop mode at a dose of 5-8 mg/kg of body mass, hexamethylene tetramine intravenously in drop or jet mode at a dose of 0.1 ml of 40%-solution per 1 kg of body mass diluted with 5% glucose solution containing 30-40 millimoles of potassium chloride, oil solution of alpha-tocoferol subcutaneously at a dose of 10 mg/kg of body mass. Warming is carried out in hot water at 44-46 C. Before immersing the body into the water, anesthesia is to be enhanced due to sodium oxybutirate administered at a dose of 100-200 mg/kg of body mass and additionally intravenously administered hexamethylene tetramine in drop or jet mode at a dose of 0.1 ml of 40%- solution per 1 kg of body mass diluted with 5% glucose solution. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in treating malignant tumors.
