SUBSTANCE: structural member represents a block or panel in the form of stock of items and monolithic material and contour reinforcement covering side faces of the block or panel in the form of a holder of parallel lengthwise closed chords. The latter are adjoining corner firm crosswise members being normal to holder plane. A part of parallel chords of the holder is made of firm long shaped sections and cover block or panel ribs which are parallel to it and is biased for not more than 0.15 block or panel rib length which is perpendicular to holder plane. Corner firm crosswise members of contour reinforcement made of angles rest on beam or panel corners with inner or outer shelf faces. Linear size of the block or panel corresponds to relationship b:l:h equal to (1 - 2.4):(2 - 7.9):(1.1 - 2.6), where "b" and "h" are the width and height or reduced width and height of block or panel cross section respectively, and "l" is block or panel length. Enclosure structure and a part of building structure are made of structural members. The latter are interconnected so to form spatial skeleton of the enclosure or building structure or rods of the block or panel contour reinforcement. Wall guard may be made in the form of monolithic wall of two walls of blocks or panels interconnected through flexible or firm links. Skeleton cells of the wall enclosure are formed of firm rod-type members and made in the form of individual spatial structures. Linear dimensions are equal to the relationship presented above. The method for erecting the building lies in the fact that wall enclosure is erected of individual spatial structures and filled with items with monolithic material. The building may be erected of pre-fabricated blocks or panels. EFFECT: labour consumption in erecting the structures. 92 cl, 31 dwg
