PURPOSE: A building unit insertion type building is provided to improve the adaptability of a building according to the preference of a user by freely arranging building units.;CONSTITUTION: A building unit insertion type building is composed of a skeleton for a wall structure(10) and a building unit(30). The skeleton for the wall structure is composed of a wall(12) and a slab(14). The skeleton for the wall structure has facilities. The building unit is composed of a floor slab(32) and a unit wall(34). The unit wall is combined to the upper part of the unit floor slab.
