The main body (1) carries a sheet metal strip (2) for filing documents and a cover strip (3) with perforations, with the sheet metal strip fitted with two material protrusions on each side for sliding. There is at least one sufficiently long suspension (5) or coupling strip between the main body on the sheet metal strip and the perforated cover strip. There is at least one film hinge forming material section between the main body and perforated cover strip. A cross-sectional restriction is provided in each lower sheet metal strip bending region, pref. with an outlet incline.
