A method for the detection of the erythrocytes agglutination for determining the blood tolerability

The invention relates to a process for visualising erythrocyte agglutinates after centrifugation in a gelled medium consisting of two dextran gels of different cross-linkage fineness and containing all the reagents specific for each type of test. The process comprises the use, in the gel, of an anti-complement monoclonal antibody. The invention applies to the field of analyses for pre-transfusional blood compatibilities and for the monitoring of pregnancy as well as to the diagnosis of diseases and hemolytic accidents.
