The present invention relates to a metallized dielectric film (10), which comprises at least a first insulating edge (20A) and a surface (30) of electrically conductive material which terminates in generally thick metallized regions (40) which correspond to the terminal part of the substrate (20) and is divided into first and second sectors (51, 52) insulated everywhere, except for electrically conductive fuse elements (60). The sectors are obtained by forming three series of "segments" (11, 12, 15) in dielectric material. The first and third (11 and 15) segments are parallel to each other, and the second are oblique, at least one first sector (51) being further connected to two of the second sectors (52) by at least two electrically fusible elements conductors (60) arranged in correspondence with the second "segments" (12). /P
