PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform rotation (inclination) work to a target area while maintaining the state of smooth connection between patches consisting of a free-form surface. ;SOLUTION: While defining control sides [P(30)1-P(20)1 and P(00)-P(10)1] specifying one part of or all the side 11E forming a patch S(u, v) 14 attached to a frame or one part of or all the relevant side as a rotary axis, among control points except for control points [P(30)1, P(21)1, P(00) and P(10)1] specifying the relevant rotary axis, control points [P(31)1, P(21)1, P(32)1, P(22)1, P(33)14, P(23)14, P(24)4,..., P(11)1, P(01), P(12)1, P(02), P(13)14, P(03), P(14)4, P(04)...] arranged parallelly in the direction orthogonal to the rotary axis are rotated just for a rotating amount corresponding to a distance from the rotary axis.
