PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and efficiently apply grease oil endlessly to the steel ball rolling circule face of bearing flange, and arrange steel balls in order. ;SOLUTION: A steel ball dropping space 6 which corresponds to a steel ball rolling circule face (f) of a bearing flange F is provided on the outer periphery of a steel ball rnglike arranging guide 4a provided in the recessed part of a steel ball feeding head block 5, and a steel ball feed paths 2, the number of which corresponds to the number of steel balls B to be arranged on the steel ball rolling circle face (f), is provided in the steel ball feeding head block 5, and connected to the steel ball dropping space 6. Further, a steel ball stopper 7 for supporting the diagonally lower position of the steel ball B flowing from the steel ball feed path 2 to the steel ball dropping space 6, is provided, and a steel ball pushing-down tool 8 for pushing down the steel ball B supported by the steel ball stopper 7, is provided.
