PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimension measuring system for parts which can attain reliability improvement and high speed image processing in an image picking-up optical system, especially, an original image of high quality. ;SOLUTION: This dimension measuring system 10 for parts consists of a part positioning part 1 capable of positioning a plurality of parts S placed side by side, which are provided with a through hole 110 and a dish-shaped part 130 provided at the opening part A of the through hole 110, a light irradiation part 4 which has the outer diameter smaller than the diameter of the through hole 110 of the part S, and irradiates the inside of a desired one of the parts S positioned at the part positioned part 1 including its opening outer edge part, an image picking-up part 3 for picking up the images of the through hole 110 and the dish-shaped part 130 with a prescribed magnification through an outgoing opening 42a, a moving table 2 which makes a relative movement between the part positioning part 1, the light irradiation part 4, and the image picking-up part 3, a measuring part 5 which measures the dimension of the through holes 110, 120 and the dish-shaped part 130 by inputting the image which is picked up by the image picking-up part 3 as an original image, and applying image processing to the original image, and a display 52 which outputs measured results obtained by the measuring part 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
