PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an operator possible to change the moving of a tool an optional speed desired and to clearly and easily understandably draw the tool locus even when drawing is executed at a high speed. ;SOLUTION: This numerical controller is provided with an MST output prohibiting means 14 prohibiting the output of an M code/S code/T code programmed in a working program when valid selection is executed, a display means 24 displaying he contents, the tool locus, etc., of the working program, a display control part 25 controlling the drawing point display processing of the display means according to coordinate value data read from a servo control part 5, and a part for processing in before- working plotting mode 17, which validates a machine locking function means, a dry run function means and the means 14.
