PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery treatment device of moisture and malodorous gas in a treatment device such as a garbage extinction machine and a garbage treatment machine in which treatment of moisture and malodorous gas, cleaning of bacteria and fungus mycelium, reutilization of heat of fermentation, etc., are rationally performed. ;SOLUTION: The recovery treatment device 200 A of moisture and malodorous gas in a treatment device 200 of matter to be treated such as garbage is equipped with a moisture/malodorous gas recovery means 33, a drainage means 37 which is disposed in a moisture/malodorous gas recovery tank part 30 and discharges only moisture to the outside and an exhaust means 51 which is disposed in the moisture/ malodorous gas recovery tank part 30 and exhausts malodorous gas E1 and introduces it into a deodorization device 60. The moisture/malodorous gas recovery means 33 sucks moisture W and malodorous gas E from the bottom in the inside of a treatment tank 20, into which matter to be treated such as garbage N is charged, and introduces them into the moisture/malodorous gas recovery tank part 30.
