FLYING ASH-CONTAINING EXHAUST GAS PROCESSING METHOD AND PROCESSING DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying ash-containing exhaust gas processing method which is capable of removing not only an acid gas, such as sulfurous acid gas contained in exhaust gas but also executing a stable processing of flying ashes in parallel in a reactive tank used in a prior art desulfurizing process and thereby eliminating the need for a dedicated processing plant for the processing of the flying ashes and which is excellent in economical efficiency. ;SOLUTION: When processing an exhaust gas which removes an acid gas and flying ashes from the exhaust gas which contains a sulfurous gas, which is at least an acid gas and flying ashes, the exhaust gas, which contains the aforesaid acid gas and the flying ashes is placed in contact with gas liquid in a reactive tank 1 which stores an absorption liquid 4 which is mainly composed of calcium whose pH is held in the range from 2 to 6, thereby absorbing the aforesaid acid gas and the flying ashes in the absorption liquid and oxidizing the absorbed substance. This construction fixes the sulfurous gas as plaster and clean the flying ashes and serves for stabilization.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
