PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly insert an IC card reader and to surely connect contact in a portable card reader that reads data on an IC card and displays it. ;SOLUTION: A frame body 227 which protects each contact terminal 221 to 226 is formed on the backside face 220a of a base 220 of a contact unit 22. Each contact terminal 221 to 226 is provided so that each contact part 221a to 226a moderately projects from the body 227. A card inserting side part 227a and its side parts 227b and 227c of the body 227 have each of their angle parts chambered as they are shown in Figure (B).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
