SOLUTION: This device is a filter containing a grid 1 on which a filter element 3 consisting of at least one sheet of a fiber base packed with organic and/or inorganic powder is arranged. And it is applied to all the industries using water, particularly crude oil treating industries and chemical, paper making, and agricultural food industries.
