PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin mouth plug capable of preventing leakage due to split molds for molding and capable of showing excellent sealing effect. ;SOLUTION: At least a sealing part of a head part 1a of a mouth plug 1 is formed by an annular mold 2. A body residual part 1b of the mouth plug 1 is formed by half split molds 3a and 3b having split faces along an axial direction P of the mouth plug 1. After injection molding, only the half split molds 3a and 3b are slid in the direction orthogonally intersecting the axial direction P of the mouth plug 1. Thereafter, the mouth plug 1 is directed in the head part direction along the axial direction P and ejection is performed so as to remove the head part 1a of the mouth plug 1 from the annular mold 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
