PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject standard sample stable for a long period and capable of being used for measuring its activity value as such without being stored in a frozen state by including at least one of specific kinds of enzymes in the form of an immobilized biological catalyst. ;SOLUTION: This standard sample used for measuring the activity of a specific kind of an enzyme contains at least one kind of enzyme (e.g. creating kinase) among the specific kinds of enzymes in a suspension dispersed in a dispersion medium in the form of an immobilized biological catalyst immobilized on a carrier comprising particles, such as organic polymer particles, bacteria, cell membrane pieces, metal particles, inorganic oxide particles or ceramic particles, having an average particle diameter of 0.01-10μm. The standard sample can be used for measuring its activity value as such without being stored in a frozen state, and can stably maintain its enzymatic activity over a long period.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
