PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for installation of formwork easily installing a formwork for placing concrete. ;SOLUTION: A tilting member 14 is fitted to a base 12 having the wedge-like extreme end part through a hinge 20 capably of tilting, a lengthwise jack member 18 is fitted between the tilting member 14 and the base 12, the tilting member 14 can be tilted front and rear by operating the jack member 18, further engaging grooves are provided on both sides of the main body part 30 of an elevatable member 16 so as to be slidably engaged with the tilting member 14, the pinion 22 of a pinion supporting shaft 24 fitted to the tilting member 14 is engaged with a rack part provided on the main body part 30 so as to make the elevatable member 16 vertically movable, and the pinion supporting shaft 24 can be fastened and fixed by a nut.
