PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the term of works, and to ensure one-side traffic. ;SOLUTION: A plurality of precast plates 6, 6 having a shape that the precast plates are divided into two in the cross direction of a tunnel are formed to the invert 5. A plurality of the precast plates 6 are installed on one side in the cross direction of the tunnel, and a plurality of the precast plates 6 are mounted on the other side in the cross direction of the tunnel. Since a plurality of the precast plates 6 are set up on one side of the cross direction of the tunnel while ensuring traffic on the other side, traffic can be secured even during the period of the execution of works.
