BANK NOTE THROW-IN METHOD AND DEVICE FOR BANK NOTE PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-service type paper money throw-in (transfer) terminal which can prove the bank note. SOLUTION: If a certain bank note 38 may possibly be ineffective among those thrown-in bank note, the bank note 38 is discriminated and not sent to an effective bank note collection means 42 or all thrown-in bank note are discriminated. These discriminated bank note are gathered in a single bundle 66, and the detailed reference data are printed on the bundle 66. Then the bundle 66 is thrown into a rejecting container 74. The data recorded on the bundle 66 are compared later with the details of transfer which are printed by a journal printer, and a user is identified. Then the total transferred amount is added to the account of the user.
