PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a channel only by means of the request of a client on a calling side and to improve the continuity and convenience of sound communication by using one channel in an ISDN line to dial up connection to a provider and using the other channel for information for establishing channel. ;SOLUTION: When the clients 1 and 2 execute communication by dial-up- connecting them to an internet 4 by the ISDN line, the calling client 1 calls the client 2 by an ISDN network 3, and the identifier of a sound communication request is informed by the other line via the internet 4. The reception side client 2 uses the channel which does not use the ISDN line and informs an IP address obtained by dial up connection to the provider 6 to the client 1. The client 1 is automatically connected to a provider 5 and the channel is established by using the communication protocol by referring to the IP address of the client 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
