PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the ability of microorganisms in an active sludge tank to accelerate activation by putting a liquid multiple enzyme in a stirring tank of a waste water treating facility and using a dripping device to drip specified amt. of the enzyme. SOLUTION: A specified amt. of a liquid multiple enzyme is put in a stirring tank of a waste water treating facility by using a dripping device. The liquid multiple enzyme in a specified amt. in the stirring tank is sufficiently stirred with a sludge and air, and then is made to flow into an active sludge tank. By aerobic microorganisms in the active sludge tank, the sludge is decomposed to kept the waste water according to the water quality standard, and the water is drained into river or the like. By sufficiently activating the microorganisms in the active sludge tank, not only the water quality within the standard can be obtd., but the sludge to be discharged can be enough decomposed in the tank and the amt. of sludge to be drained can be decreased. Therefore, the cost for operation can be saved.
