PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease and suppress sludge which flows out or is carried out by a method wherein a definite amt. of liq. composite enzyme is fed into a stirring tank of a waste water treating plant by means of an instillator and after sludge and air are thoroughly stirred, the mixture is made to flow into an activated sludge tank and a group of aerobic microorganisms is sufficiently activated to decompose the sludge. SOLUTION: Liq. composite enzyme is placed into a container with a definite vol. and an instillator is mounted on the container so as to make a definite amt. of the liq. composite enzyme flow out and it is installed in a stirring tank in a waste water treating part. The liq. composite enzyme which is instilled into the stirring tank is stirred thoroughly with sludge and air and is made to flow into an activated sludge tank to activate sufficiently a group of aerobic microorganisms and it is possible to bring decrease in amt. of the sludge, deodorizing and decomposition of oil and fat by decomposing the sludge with the group of aerobic microorganisms.
