PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straw molding device which forms a longitudinal groove in a straw member, a strew manufacturing device into which the grooved straw molding device is assembled, with a function to perform an automatically continuous manufacturing step sequence for the straw member starting with a raw material, and a method for manufacturing a straw. ;SOLUTION: This grooved straw molding device is equipped with a vacuum drum 106, with a groove 107, which rotates intermittently, a holding belt 110 which statically holds a straw member 50 on the vacuum drum 106 and runs freely, a groove forming device 100 which has a groove forming die 113 for forming the groove 107 in the longitudinal direction with the straw member 50 and intermittently moves back and forth the groove forming die 113 and a straw delivery fitting 122 which delivers the grooved straw member 50 in which the groove 107 is formed from the vacuum drum 106 resisting a vacuum.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
