TUNNEL EXCAVATION AND LINING EQUIPMENT AND ITS EXCAVATION AND LINING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a quick primary lining without replacing excavators and earth carrying machines by downsizing a form by division into an upper portion and a lower portion, and making them travel on two rails installed on a ceiling separately. ;SOLUTION: An upper form 1 is comprised of multiple partial forms 1a, 1b, 1c that can be spread and fixed, and folded. The partial forms 1a and 1b are connected to each other with a hinge locking device 2 so that they may be spread and folded. In the partial form 1a, a strut pipe 5 is lifted and lowered with right and left chain blocks. Two rails 9, 9 are suspended from the ceiling slidably, and a travel frame and a two-point horizontal electric chain block 36 are installed independently so that they can travel on the rails 9. A lifting frame 12 is fixed to the travel frame, and lifted with a form lift. By traveling the form on the ceiling rails 9 excavation of a space in the center and the next work can be done and then quick execution of the excavation and lining of a large cross section is also made possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
