PURPOSE: A lining apparatus capable of simultaneously performing a tunnel excavating work and a lining work and a lining method using the same are provided to reduce construction time and costs by simultaneously performing excavating and lining works using movable excavation equipment.;CONSTITUTION: A lining apparatus capable of simultaneously performing a tunnel excavating work and a lining work comprises a frame unit, a moving unit(200), and a construction unit(300). The frame unit is installed in an excavated tunnel(T) and has an inner space. The moving unit moves the frame unit along foundation units(B) installed in both sides of the bottom end of the excavated tunnel. A precast lining is placed on the moving unit. The construction unit constructs precast linings by moving the precast lining to the excavated surface of the tunnel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
