PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve control response, and to maintain a contaminated state in a tunnel stably within tolerance. ;SOLUTION: The controller operates a plurality of ventilators in a tunnel on the basis of the measured value of a measuring instrument measuring a contaminated state in the road tunnel and controls the concentration of contamination. A ventilation feedback control target-value correction means 33 obtaining the quantity of a ventilation feedback control target-value corrected on the basis of predicted ventilation load for the next period acquired from a traffic actual value is installed. Correction arithmetic means 41-43 correcting a control target value by using the quantity of a target value corrected obtained from a ventilation feedback control target value and extracting a correction control target value and a ventilation feedback control means 29 determining a ventilator operation-quantity command value from the measured value of the measuring instrument and the correction control target value are mounted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
