FLUOROPLASTIC FILM ADHESION PRIMER COMPOSITION AND FLUOROPLASTIC COATED METAL PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroplastic coated metal plate exhibiting an extremely high adhesion between a metal plate and fluoroplastic layer even when exposed to a high-temperature and high-humidity environment. ;SOLUTION: In a fluoroplastic coated metal plate in which a fluoroplastic layer 4 is coated on a metal plate 6 via a primer layer 5, this primer layer 5 comprises a fluoroplastic (a) 1 having a thickness of 10μm or less, a thermoplastic resin (b) 2 having a surfacial free energy that is higher than the fluoroplastic (a) 1 and exhibiting non-compatibility against the fluoroplastic (a) 1 and a primer composition comprising a hydrophilic pigment (c) 3 having an average grain size of 5μm or less and a solid matter weight ratios of these resins (a), (b) and (c) that are in such relationships as (a):(b)=30 to 90:70 to 10, {(a)+(b)}:(c)=100:20 to 150, the fluoroplastic (a) 1 is contained in the primer layer 5 in a state in which it is dispersed therein and the thermoplastic resin (b) 2 includes the hydrophilic pigment (c) 3 dispersed therein.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
