PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which the adsorbate of every component in a two-component mixed gas is found precisely. ;SOLUTION: A valve 1 and a valve 2 are closed, a valve 3 and a valve 4 are opened, a gas X and a gas Y are introduced into a reference volume part, and their gas partial pressure is found precisely. The valve 3 and the valve 4 are closed, the valve 1 is opened quietly, and a mixed gas is introduced into a mass balance. The gas is adsorbed by an adsorbent sample, a pressure is lowered, and an equilibrium partial pressure is measured. At the same time, since the mass of the sample is increased due to its adsorption, its adsorption equilibrium increase amount is measured.
