SLIP, SLIP ISSUING DEVICE, MECHANICALLY READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM RECORDING PROGRAM FOR SLIP ISSUE AND SLIP ENTRY SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete data input operation easily in a short time and to eliminate an erroneous input by two-dimensionally patterning all the information on the surface of slip based on inputted data concerning the slip. ;SOLUTION: A keyboard input device 13 composing of an input means is connected to a keyboard interface 5. The keyboard input device 13 inputs information concerning a description column to be printed on the slip for describing the required information and content information to be described in this description column. Besides, a CPU 1 is provided with a slip data preparing means 21 for two-dimensionally patterning all the information on the surface of slip into data based on data inputted from the input means and preparing all the images on the surface of slip. Then, a printer 16 prints a two-dimensional data code part based on the two-dimensional pattern data provided by the voucher data preparing means 21 to one part of slip and prints out all the images on the surface of slip.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
