PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a separation plate of print material in which jaggy (notches), etc., does not appear even when it is undergone scale conversion into an adequate scale factor without leaving document like a color photograph by making photographic data storing photographic data for a plate making device and photographic data for a scale conversion correspondence plate making device of reparation density that is different from it. ;SOLUTION: Color photographic data which is undergone color separation in a prescribed image density and is stored in a storing part 62 is made color correction and after that, such as ID number is assigned to it as to be retrievable. And it is stored as photographic data 32S-S for a plate making device and photographic data 32S-T for a scale conversion correspondence plate making device for enlargement, etc., in a print data storing part 30. At the time of the output of a printing plate, the data 32S-S is used for photographic data 32S.
