PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to send water in the far remote water area having good quality of water to the existing drinking water intake simply at low cost relatively in the case when water quality in the water area around the drinking water-intake in lake or river is deteriorated. ;SOLUTION: A partition wall 1 surrounding the water area 5 around the drinking water intake 4 of a lake 3 is provided A water supply pipe 2 is laid in the lake, and water is sent to the water area around the drinking water intake from the remote water area.
