PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of communication connection by operating the system after confirming it that a radio frequency is within an available range. ;SOLUTION: The system is provided with radio transmission reception stations 2-4 making communication with a mobile station 5 by a communication signal and with a base station control station 1 that receives a report from the radio transmission reception stations 2-4 as to a radio frequency and sends a control signal to assign a radio frequency used by the radio transmission reception stations 2-4 for communication connection and a communication signal. Thus, the frequency is assigned from the start of the communication connection between the radio transmission reception stations 2-4 and the base station control station 1 from the opening of a station in the digital mobile communication system. Thus, the operation for retrieval and discrimination of the radio frequency by the base station control station 1 is conducted at station open or before communication connection and the system is in operation after confirming it that the radio frequency is within an available range, then the reliability of communication connection is enhanced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
