PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform folding processing of a corrugated board at a specified position along the wave direction of an intermediate core paper by forming a pair of edges formed symmetrically left and right on both sides of a shallow angle channel formed on the surface of a sheet material in continuous length so as to form them respectively into a right triangle crosssectional shape with a vertical angle of an acute angle. ;SOLUTION: A female mold material 10 for forming a fold of a corrugated board is provided with an angle channel 11 and a pair of edges 12 and 12 formed symmetrically left and right on both sides of the angle channel 11. The female mold material 10 is formed with a sheet material in continuous length corresponding to a male mold A. The angle channel is formed in a shallow depth on the surface of the female mold material 10 and the edges 12 and 12 are formed respectively into a right triangle crosssectional shape on both sides of the angle channel 11. In addition, in the edges 12 and 12, each vertical angle is formed into an acute angle and is set, e.g. to be about 45-75°. In the angle channel 11, its width is formed into a width being a little larger than the dimension of the sum of twofold of each thickness of the surface liner D₁, the intermediate core paper D₂ and the back liner D₃ of the corrugated board D to the thickness of the male mold A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
