ICING/FROSTING RESISTANT TROLLEY WIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a melting effect of ice and snow two times or more the current heater-contained trolley wire, by inserting a heating wire in two or more parts of a large arc surface part in a sliding surface side. ;SOLUTION: An insertion hole of a heating wire 1 formed by an insulated wire is provided in total three parts, two parts in a large arc surface part 3 in a sliding surface side and one part in a small arc surface part 2. The insertion hole is formed in round hole shape in all the three parts. Or a hole shape of the small arc surface part 2 is a round hole shape, but a hole shape in two parts of the large arc surface part 3 is formed in groove shape. An insertion hole shape of the heating wire 1 is desired about 4mm² or more corresponding to a heating wire size (about 1.5 to 2.0mm). The insertion hole in two parts is in a 8.0mm position from the small arc surface part 2 by a trolley wire size 170mm², and a 7.0mm position from the small arc surface part 2 by a trolley wire size 110mm². Material of a trolley wire main unit is preferable, tough pitch copper of high tensile trolley wire further with an icing frosting resistant function.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
